With A Existing Service:
Owner of property $100.00 Deposit, plus $100.00 Activation fee.

Renter. $200.00 Deposit, plus $100.00 Activation fee.

New Service Meter Fees:
Meter installation fee – $750 (Short Side) plus $100.00 Deposit, plus $100.00 Activation fee.

Meter installation fee – $1000 (Long Side) plus $100.00 Deposit, plus $100.00 Activation fee.

Miscellaneous Fees:
Lock off fee for non-payment: $50.00 First Offense. $100 after the first offense and from then on it will be $100.
Returned check service charge: $30.00

A minimum bill is charged each month even if there is no water usage. Meters are read and billed monthly, stating the amount due, the past due date, and the total owed. Bills are past due after the 10th of the month. Bills not paid by the due date will be charged a 10% penalty. If you have a 2 months bill that is past due, you will be placed in lock off status on the 11th day of the month to be locked off on the 15th of the month. On the morning of the 15th your water will be locked off if you bill has not been paid in full; therefore, you must make sure that your payment is at the coop. no later than 7:00 a.m. on the 15th. The total bill plus a $50.00 reconnect fee (First offense) or $100 reconnect fee (Each consecutive offense) must be paid before the water will be turned back on. If you are locked off and you request that your water be turned back on after hours, there will be an extra $50.00 charge.

Computers are shut down at 4:00 p.m. each day. Payments may be placed in the night drop after that time. Payments dropped after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

For payments dropped on the 10th of the month after 4:00 p.m. late charges will apply. Late charges will not be charged if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday.

In order to establish new water service you will need to come into the office and complete the required forms.

Renter:

$200 deposit plus $100.00 Activation fee
Must have renter’s agreement signed by owner of property
Current Drivers License

(Renters are subject to 30 day lock-off instead of 60 day lock-off. Due to numerous lock-offs in the past.)
